This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and provide refunds or replacements.
General Policy
Due to the perishable nature of agricultural feed products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that issues can occasionally occur, and we are committed to making things right when they do. We evaluate all return requests on a case-by-case basis and strive to find a fair resolution for our customers.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns or offer replacements under the following circumstances:
Damaged Products
If you receive a product with a torn bag, broken packaging, or visible damage that occurred before your purchase, we will replace the product or provide a full refund. Please inspect your products before leaving our facility when possible.
Contaminated or Defective Products
If you discover that a product is moldy, contaminated, spoiled, or otherwise defective and unfit for its intended use, we will replace the product or provide a full refund. This includes corn or feed that shows signs of mold, excessive moisture damage, or pest infestation that was present at the time of purchase.
Incorrect Product
If you received a different product than what you ordered or paid for, we will exchange it for the correct product at no additional charge.
Return Timeframe
To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase date. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted, as we cannot verify that product issues were not caused by improper storage or handling after purchase.
Return Requirements
To process your return, please ensure the following:
Proof of Purchase: Provide your receipt or other proof of purchase showing the date and items bought.
Original Condition: For sealed products, the bag must be unopened. For defective products, retain as much of the original product as possible for inspection.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that have been opened and partially used (unless defective)
Products that have been improperly stored after purchase (exposed to moisture, extreme temperatures, or pests)
Products returned more than 7 days after purchase
Products without proof of purchase

Product Replacement: We will replace the defective or damaged product with the same item at no additional cost.
Store Credit: We may issue store credit for the purchase amount to be used on future purchases.
