By accessing our website, visiting our physical location, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Products and Services
Schmucker Grain And Feed LLC is a family-owned farm operation that grows and processes grain for sale as agricultural feed products. Our products include whole corn, cracked corn, ear corn, roasted soybeans, straw bales, and other farm-related products as available. All products are sold primarily through local pickup at our Nappanee, Indiana location.
Product Availability
Product availability is subject to seasonal conditions, harvest yields, and inventory levels. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings at any time without prior notice. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Product Use
Our products are intended for use as animal feed, wildlife feed, bedding, and other agricultural purposes. Customers are responsible for determining the suitability of products for their specific intended use. We recommend consulting with a veterinarian or agricultural specialist regarding proper feeding practices for your animals.
Purchases and Payment
All purchases are made at our physical location. We accept cash and other payment methods as posted at our facility. All sales are final at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information for all purchases.
Pricing
Prices for our products are displayed at our facility and may be listed on our website. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of agricultural feed products, all sales are generally final. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, contaminated, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase. We do not accept returns on opened bags or products that have been improperly stored after purchase.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Schmucker Grain And Feed LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific requirements or expectations. While we strive to provide high-quality, locally grown feed products, we make no guarantees regarding specific nutritional content, crop yields, animal health outcomes, or wildlife attraction results. Agricultural products are subject to natural variations.
Assumption of Risk
When visiting our farm location, you assume all risks associated with being on agricultural property. This includes but is not limited to uneven terrain, farm equipment, vehicles, animals, and other hazards common to farm operations. Children must be supervised at all times. By entering our property, you agree to follow all posted safety guidelines and instructions from our staff.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Schmucker Grain And Feed LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
